The organisers, Julia Kubisa, Ph.D., Chief Equal Opportunities Officer at the University of Warsaw, responsible for the research part of the action, and Joanna Wąsowska, M.Sc., Human Resources Management Coordinator and manager of Action IV.5.2. assume the possibility of modifying the original assumptions on the basis of consultations with potential participants in the programme.

Action IV.5.2 aims at addressing the phenomenon of loss of women’s involvement in the course of scientific career development, including:

  • closer examination of the needs of young female researchers for support in scientific career development (research part);
  • supporting a group of young female researchers in developing their scientific careers (development part);
  • testing tools, developing methodological and organisational solutions for future development programmes at the University (development part), and
  • promoting the necessity to support the development of young talents in the field of science at the University of Warsaw.
