Working Together Across Cultures – Workshop for UW International Employees

UW Welcome Point invite all international employees and PhD candidates to an in-person workshop on intercultural communication and cultural adaptation at the University of Warsaw.
During the workshop, you will:
- get to know the essentials of academic culture at the UW — its values, norms, and expectations;
- explore different communication styles and understand how cultural differences can shape the way we speak and interact;
- discuss common misunderstandings and challenges that may appear in a multicultural academic environment;
- share and reflect on real experiences related to intercultural communication;
- learn practical tips and good practices for communicating effectively within the UW community.
Workshop details:
