Microgrants for employees – 70 international scientific internships co-funded by the IDUB Programme

The first call for applications for the “Microgrants for employees: participation in international scientific internships – 2026 edition” competition has closed. The competition was announced on 1 March 2026, and the deadline for submitting applications for the first edition was 30 June 2026.

As part of the competition, 70 international research placements were selected for funding.

Young researchers make up a significant group of beneficiaries – they will undertake 13 of the funded placements. These placements will enable them to conduct research in collaboration with foreign research centres, develop their research skills and establish new international partnerships.

The Microgrants Programme – participation in international research placements, under Action II.2.2 – supports the internationalisation of the University of Warsaw’s research activities, enhancing opportunities for the academic development of staff and strengthening cooperation with leading research centres around the world.
