Call for applications

• Name: IDUB scholarships to students under Action IV.2.3 “Mobility of students and doctoral students”
• Objective: To create better conditions for the scientific development of UW students
• Applicant: student at the University of Warsaw
• IDUB Scholarship amount: dependent on the subject of support (see “Regulations” for details)
• Announcement date: 07.04.2025
• Starting date of the call for applications: 08.04.2025
• End date of the call for applications: 26.11.2025 or after exhaustion of the funding allocated for the implementation of the IDUB scholarship in Action
• Form of submitting applications:only in electronic form, to the address stud.idub@uw.edu.pl with the title “IDUB application”

Please note!

From 15 July to 15 September 2025, the acceptance of applications under Action IV.2.3 will be suspended.

Applications sent during this period will remain unprocessed.

We encourage you to submit your applications by 15 July.
