Workshops for applicants for ERC grants

The National Contact Point at NCBR, together with the ERC Ambassadors – Prof. Justyna Olko and Prof. Michał Tomza – invites you to an ERC workshop.
The workshop will be held on 17 November 2025, 10:00–17:00, in Warsaw at the Presidential Hotel, Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79.
The event is intended exclusively for researchers planning to submit an ERC grant application.
The first part will include a panel discussion with ERC panellists, moderated by the ERC Ambassadors. In the second part, participants will split into three domain groups: LS – Life Sciences, SH – Social Sciences and Humanities, and PE – Physical Sciences and Engineering. The workshops will be led by ERC grantees, who will share their experiences and practical tips on preparing competitive proposals. The event will conclude with one-to-one “Challenge Your Idea” consultations with the ERC grantees.
The event will be conducted in English (no translation provided). Please note: places are limited; participation will be confirmed only for selected applicants.
For those interested, an online training session on ERC rules and formalities will be held on 14 November, 10:00–12:00. The meeting link will be emailed to registered participants.
