Activities developing employees’ skills in 2026

In order to sustain the development activities carried out under the IDUB Programme, the following is planned for 2026:

  • continuation and further expansion of training on procedures, e.g. promotion and competition procedures, as well as adaptation training for newly hired NA and NNA staff,
  • continuation of the most popular training courses previously offered under the Programme for Doctoral Thesis Supervisors in order to develop the competence of providing support to early stage researchers,
  • continuation of the most popular training courses previously offered as part of the Science Communication Academy and implementation of the Digital Promotion Academy for administration – supporting the transfer of knowledge from universities to society,
  • continuation of training courses for digital transformation,
  • continuation of the management programme supporting cultural change at the University of Warsaw – Leader in Administration,
  • continuation of language courses supporting the internationalisation of the university,
  • continuation of the most popular scientific training courses: e.g. on researcher identification on the web or research data management,
  • implementation of a programme for current and future project managers in the field of broadly understood project and research team management in 2026.
