Graduation of the Programme for Young Female Researchers and Educators

26 lutego odbyła się graduacja I i II edycji Programu dla młodych badaczek i dydaktyczek.
The first two editions of the Programme lasted from February 2023 to December 2025. Thirty-three female graduates from 18 organisational units of the University of Warsaw completed the programme. The participants were supervised by mentors (600 teaching hours). They also took part in individual counselling on academic career development, specially prepared training courses (120 teaching hours) and coaching (250 teaching hours).
During the graduation ceremony, the Vice-Rector for Research at the University of Warsaw, Prof. Zygmunt Lalak, took the floor and, with the support of the Chair of the Programme Council, Prof. Ewa Bulska, and the Head of Activity IV.5.2, Joanna Wąsowska, MA, presented the participants and mentors with their diplomas.
Special guests at the ceremony were family members, including the children of the Programme winners.
The programme was financed by the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme, IV.5.2. “Programme for young female researchers and teachers” and IV.1.3 “From the Diamond Grant to the ERC grant – creating individual plans for the research career development”.
