University of Warsaw Women Leaders Development Programme

Category: Trainings, V.3.1

Applications are now being accepted for the University of Warsaw’s new Women Leaders Development Programme – an initiative designed to support the development of leadership skills among women working (in academic and administrative roles) and pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Warsaw.

The programme aims to strengthen the leadership potential of the participants and develop the skills necessary to take on managerial roles and play a part in decision-making regarding the running of the university. Particular emphasis is placed on developing managerial, communication and strategic skills, as well as building a network of support and cooperation among the participants.

This initiative forms part of the University of Warsaw’s efforts to promote gender equality and support women at later stages of their professional and academic careers. The programme includes, among other things, participation in training courses, workshops, and professional development activities that enable participants to acquire practical leadership skills and reflect on their own career paths.

We invite anyone interested in developing their leadership skills and playing an active role in university life to take part. The programme consists of five weekend sessions (Fridays and Saturdays), taking place on campus from April to July this year.

Registration is open until 12 April, and you can sign up here.

Further details about the programme can be found here.
