Call for applications

• Name of the call: Microgrants for PhD students
• Objective: co-financing of publishing activities and specific scientific activities of UW PhD students, which will improve the quality of research carried out by PhD students in connection with their doctoral dissertations and facilitate their defence
• Grant purpose:
  • purchasing the Open Access option for an article or chapter in a monograph,
  • participation in a foreign or domestic query,
  • participation in specialist training, including a summer school,
  • active participation in a foreign scientific conference,
  • a short-term research trip.
• Applicant: PhD student at the University of Warsaw
• Maximum amount of support: depends on the selected funding path
• Date of call for applications: 01.09.2026
• Start of the call for applications: 01.09.2026
• Closing date for applications: 30.09.2026
• Project implementation period: until 31.10.2026.
