Training for staff and PhD students – repositories of publications and research data

Platforma Otwartej Nauki ICM UW (The Open Science Platform of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computer Modelling) invites you to register for remote training courses on repositories. The courses are intended for researchers, PhD students and administrative staff.

How to use the UW Research Data repository?
The last in a series of remote training sessions on how to use the University of Warsaw’s institutional research data repository – UW Research Data (danebadawcze.uw.edu.pl).
It will be divided into two parts: presentation of the repository and instructions for depositing a sample data set (with workshop elements).

OPEN and RepOD – repositories for researchers and institutions
A webinar on two services enabling the deposit and open sharing of various types of materials produced as part of scientific research:
– Repozytorium Otwartych Publikacji Naukowych (Repository of Open Scientific Publications) OPEN (open.icm.edu.pl),
– Repozytorium Otwartych Danych (Open Data Repository) RepOD (repod.icm.edu.pl).
The functions of the services will be discussed, in particular the possibility of maintaining institutional collections free of charge in both repositories.

Training on institutional repositories is provided under Action I.3.6. “Digital humanities” of the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme.
