This is the second film in the series of videos promoting this year’s scientific conference “BREAKTHROUGHS. The latest research in the humanities and social sciences” which will take place 16-17 October 2025 at the University of Warsaw.
We encourage you to watch dr. Małgorzata Trzeciak – Cygan revealing what is hidden in the records of Italian diplomatic secretaries arriving in the Polish – Lithuanian Commonwealth in the 17th century. Most of their writing remained unpublished and now thanks to monograph being prepared by dr. Małgorzata Trzeciak – Cygan their journals will become known to a wider audience. The researcher is carrying out a project in the POB IV for Parents 2 grant competition, funded by the IDUB program.
