New funding track for research trips for students and PhD students at the University of Warsaw

As part of the competition in Action IV.2.2, a new funding track has been launched: “Erasmus+ – 4EU+”.

Currently, apart from the track available since June this year for students and PhD students of the University of Warsaw who have been selected for partial study trips under one of two scholarship programmes implemented at the University of Warsaw:

  • scholarship offers resulting from university-wide direct cooperation agreements coordinated by the International Relations Office and by UW units (bilateral agreements) and
  • the Swiss European Mobility Programme – SEMP – partial study trips

an additional opportunity to get funding has been opened up for those who qualify for partial study trips under the programme:

  • Erasmus+ “Educational mobility – programme countries under KA131”.

It will enable an additional group to study at 4EU+ partner universities: Charles University (Czech Republic); Heidelberg University (Germany); University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas (France); Sorbonne University (France); University of Copenhagen (Denmark) and University of Milan (Italy).

Financial support is intended for the implementation of a research task related, among other things, to the applicant’s scientific or educational interests; coursework as part of the classes attended by the applicant; or a bachelor’s or master’s thesis, e.g. collecting materials and data, library research, data analysis.

The call for applications is open until 10 September 2025 or until funds are exhausted.
