ArcheoVisualisations – artificial intelligence in the service of the past? – research project

The editors of Archeowieści, together with the Faculty of Archeology at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Social Sciences at SWPS University, are launching a research project entitled “Interpretation of visual content generated by artificial intelligence in scientific communication in archaeology: the perspective of authors and recipients”.
The aim of the project is to investigate how visualisations generated using artificial intelligence influence the reception of scientific and popularisation content, as well as what emotions and reflections they evoke in recipients. The project manager is Dr Julia Chyla.
The project is co-financed by the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” programme (I.3.5. Establishing a Centre for Research on Culture, Language and Mind – Centrum Q grants).
