The third edition of the programme for doctoral thesis supervisors has come to an end

At the end of September this year, the third edition of the Training Programme for doctoral thesis supervisors at the University of Warsaw doctoral schools came to an end. The programme was implemented on the initiative of the directors of doctoral schools in cooperation with the Academic Staff Development Section of the Human Resources Office.

The programme was financed by the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” programme, Action V.3.1 “Development of UW Staff competences” and from the “UWażni na Dostępność – Uniwersytet Równych Szans” (Attentive to Accessibility – University of Equal Opportunities) project, financed by the European Social Fund Plus as part of the European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027 programme.

This edition of the programme included 13 training sessions on 9 topics. A total of 135 promoters took advantage of this offer. The training sessions in the programme were prepared by a team of experienced promoters and internal experts: prof. dr hab. Paweł Stępień, prof. dr hab. Jolanta Sujecka-Zając, prof. dr hab. Grażyna Wieczorkowska-Wierzbińska, mgr Marta Batorczak-Żuchowska, mgr inż. Anna Demner, mgr Maria Golińska-Wapińska, mgr Agata Kowalińska-Karaś, mgr Magdalena Miksa, mgr Agata Wrona, mgr Anna Siemion-Wójcik.
