Call for applications

• Name: Mobility of students
• Objective: creating better conditions for the academic development of University of Warsaw students
• Grant purpose: carrying out a research task involving short-term mobility
  • participation in a domestic or international scientific conference,
  • participation in a domestic or international research project,
  • participation in an international training course or summer school,
  • short-term international research trip to a scientific centre
• Applicant: student at the University of Warsaw
• IDUB Scholarship amount: dependent on the subject of support
• Planned date of call for applications: 09.12.2025
• Planned start of the call for applications: 09.12.2025
• Implementation of the research task: 07.01-30.09.2026
• Form of submitting applications: only in electronic form, to the address stud.idub@uw.edu.pl

Please be aware that the current call for applications for “Mobility of students – edition 2026” will close on 22 March 2026.

The next call for applications is planned for early April.

Applications submitted during the break between calls will not be processed.
