Negotiation in projects – a training course as part of the Project Manager Academy

We invite everyone to participate in the in-person training course “Negotiations in Projects”, organised as part of the Project Manager Academy.
The training will be led by Dr Agnieszka Postuła, Professor (Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw) – an expert in the field of negotiation and the academic director of the postgraduate programme in “Project Management” at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw.

This training course is aimed at academic staff employed at the University of Warsaw who are leading at least one research project.
The aim of the course is to develop participants’ skills in effectively preparing for and conducting negotiations, managing conflict, and building consensus in professional relationships, with a particular focus on the project environment. The programme includes:
- the specific nature of negotiations in projects,
- preparation for negotiations,
- communication and negotiation techniques,
- practical workshop – negotiation simulations.
The Project Manager Academy is being run as part of Action V.3.5, “Program for the development and improvement of the researcher’ «soft skills»” project management skills’, under the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” programme.
