Results of the competition for organising international congresses of global significance

Eleven congresses and conferences will receive subsidies as part of Action II.4.1 “Organizing worldwide high-level congresses”.
Funding from the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” (IDUB) programme allows researchers to reach the widest possible audience, including others who are world leaders in their fields. It allows for increased visibility of the University in the international arena. The effects of the congresses will be printed by publishing houses or special editions of journals which are considered the most prestigious in a given area, media campaigns with a national or international reach, and also open events for popularising science.
