Getting Started with the USOSweb – Online Training for Academic Teachers and PhD Candidates Teaching Students

UW international employees and PhD candidates teaching students are invited by UW Welcome Point to an online training on the USOSweb system. This session is designed for teaching and research staff who want to navigate USOSweb more confidently and efficiently.
During the training, participants will:
- Learn how to access the USOSweb system;
- Explore the main USOS functions useful for teaching staff (e.g., weekly schedules, classes, group lists);
- Practice using key USOS tools through hands-on exercises;
- Find out how to use USOSmail to contact students effectively;
- Learn how to enter final grades into the system;
- Review important USOS profile settings relevant for instructors;
- Ask questions and receive guidance on individual issues related to using USOS.
