Training course: “Popularising science through audiovisual media”

We would like to invite you to take part in a practical stationary training course entitled “Popularising science through audiovisual media”, organised as part of the Academy of Scientific Communication 2026.
The training will be led by Dariusz Łukawski, MA (Faculty of Journalism, Information and Book Studies, University of Warsaw) – an expert in media and communication with many years of practical experience – on two dates:
- GROUP I: 11.05.2026, 9:00–11:15

The programme includes, among other things:
- self-presentation by participants,
- ways of developing communication skills,
- exercises to build on natural aptitudes,
- analysis of recorded material,
- media expectations and requirements.
The Academy of Scientific Communication is run as part of the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme (Action V.3.1. Development of UW Staff competences) and by the University of Warsaw Center for Cooperation and Dialogue.
