V.2.1. Streamlining internal communication channels and strengthening cooperation capacity

Due to the University of Warsaw’s geographical dispersion and organisational fragmentation, there are difficulties with efficient internal communication. This makes direct contact and the efficient flow of internal information more difficult. The initiative is aimed at ensuring the effective exchange of information: coordinating documents, organising procurement (tenders), and resolving complex issues relating, for example, to the employment of foreign nationals, etc. It is also important to ensure the proper identification of university buildings within the urban landscape, which forms part of, amongst other things, the regeneration of the University of Warsaw’s Central Campus.
