V.3.4. UW – a favourable place for conducting ground-breaking research
In 2026, activities are being carried out under this Action to ensure the sustainability of the results achieved so far under the IDUB Programme
A very important aspect of the internationalisation of research teams is what is known as “internationalisation at home”, as well as enhancing the university’s reputation as a welcoming environment for groundbreaking research carried out by international, multicultural research teams.
The Action includes, amongst other things, the “Researchers Welcome Point”, which supports researchers from abroad (and their families) coming to the University of Warsaw or planning a research stay at the University of Warsaw, as well as promotional and informational activities, such as promoting the University of Warsaw’s offerings at events for A-level students, running the TEDx project, and producing the “mUWi się” podcasts – conversations dedicated to academic life.
Action V.3.4 is of a framework nature.
