V.4.2. Creation of infrastructure to ensure the optimal functioning of Priority Research Areas including adequate resources of science support staff and strategicanalytical support

Creating conditions that foster outstanding, groundbreaking research and support all researchers is essential for a well-functioning university. This will be achieved through financial support for units responsible for providing professional assistance with the preparation of grant applications, as well as with legal, administrative, HR, financial and accounting matters, and for building up a pool of staff providing substantive and analytical support.

One of the elements of this Action is the development of the University of Warsaw’s Strategy for 2023–2032, covering the four pillars of the university’s activities: comprehensive education, research excellence, responsible management and infrastructure development, and a friendly and stimulating working environment. This document addresses key challenges and directions for development, such as social impact, digitalisation, internationalisation and the building of an academic community.
