Sustaining activities
The year 2026 at the University of Warsaw is designated, as part of the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme, for activities aimed at ensuring the sustainability of the results achieved so far. The most important of these results are visible primarily in the following areas: increase influence on global science, develop relations with renowned foreign centres, support the development of young scientists, including doctoral students, training, and career paths. The effects of IDUB are also visible in university administration, which played a key role in coordinating horizontal activities between 2020 and 2025.
For the University of Warsaw community, grants are available in line with the schedule presented below, as well as:
- activities developing employees’ skills,
- Welcome Point activities to support the relocation process for staff from abroad.
