Call for applications

• Name: Microgrants for employees: support for scientific publications
• Objective: to support the development and growth of the academic potential of staff at the University of Warsaw
• Grant purpose:
  • publication of scientific articles and monographs in Open Access form,
  • covering publication fees in the subscription-based publishing model.
• Applicant: employee of the University of Warsaw
• Maximum amount of support: up to PLN 35,000 for an article, up to PLN 50,000 for a monograph.
• Form of submitting applications: exclusively in electronic form to the following email address publicationfees@uw.edu.pl

Dear Sir or Madam, we have shortened the break period in the call for applications. Please be advised that, due to the large number of applications received, the verification process may take longer than usual. We ask for your understanding and ask that you take this into account when planning your activities.

We would also like to inform you of a change to the rules governing the implementation and settlement of activities following the break period in the call for applications. Activities may be carried out until 30 November 2026, whilst their settlement should take place by 31 December 2026.
