Call for applications

• Name: Microgrants for employees
• Objective: supporting the development and growth of the potential of academic staff at the University of Warsaw
• Grant purpose:
  • active participation in prestigious conferences,
  • organisation of conferences by the University of Warsaw,
  • research queries abroad,
  • publications in paper form,
  • study visits,
  • preliminary research,
  • proofreading of scientific publications,
  • visits by foreign scientific guests,
  • publication of scientific articles and monographs in Open Access journals and publishing houses,
  • fees for publications in the subscription model,
  • participation in specialist training courses, summer or winter schools.
• Applicant: employee of the University of Warsaw
• Maximum amount of support: depends on the selected funding path
• Form of submitting applications: only in electronic form, to the address mikrogranty.idub@uw.edu.pl

Call for microgrant applications suspended

Due to the settlement period, we would like to inform that the call for microgrant applications will be suspended from 15 December 2025 to 18 January 2026.

From 19 January, applications will be accepted and processed, but due to the settlement of the IDUB Programme for 2025, funds will be released after 1 February 2026.

Please also note that, in accordance with the financing rules, costs incurred in 2025 are eligible only if the expenditure was made in December 2025 on the basis of decisions issued under the new call for applications.
