Results of the second competition for the organisation of international congresses

A total of fifteen conferences and congresses will receive funding as part of the second competition under Action II.4.1 “Organizing worldwide high-level congresses”.
Funding from the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” (IDUB) programme allows researchers to reach the widest possible audience, including others who are world leaders in their fields. It allows for increased visibility of the University in the international arena. The effects of the congresses will be printed by publishing houses or special editions of journals which are considered the most prestigious in a given area, media campaigns with a national or international reach, and also open events for popularising science.
