Results of the CRAC Small Grants VIII

The Committee evaluating applications in the “CRAC Small Grants” competition has selected the winners of the eighth round of the call.
By the decision of the IDUB Program Manager, 7 projects were awarded funding for a total of 41,723.27 PLN:
- Translation and linguistic proofreading of three scientific articles, dr hab. Krystyna Stebnicka, Faculty of History;
- Participation in the Society of Biblical Literature conference (Denver), dr Mateusz Kusio, Faculty of History;
- Participation in conferences “Understanding Resiliences” (Moguncja) and “Diesseits und jenseits der Imperien” (Bielefeld), dr Aleksander Sarantis, Faculty of History;
- Testimonies of cooperative care: Socioeconomic system of the maintenance of the oldest mosque in Sudan, dr Tomomi Fushiya, Polish Centre of Mediterranean Archaeology;
- Library queries (Ateny), mgr Malwina Grabowska-Zywar, Faculty of History;
- Commercial contacts between the central Levant and Cyprus in the Iron Age. The case of Tyre, dr Francisco Jesus Núñez, Polish Centre of Mediterranean Archaeology;
- Participation in the conference „Alexandria and Hellenism in Egypt” (Aleksandria), prof. Adam Łukaszewicz, Faculty of Archeology.
