International summer science school “School on General Relativity, Astrophysics and Cosmology”

From 24.07 to 04.08.2023, the international summer research event, the School on General Relativity, Astrophysics and Cosmology will take place at the Faculty of Physics in Warsaw and the European Centre for Geological Education in Chęciny.

The school enables doctoral candidates and young researchers to broaden their expertise in gravitational theory, quantum gravity models, relativistic astrophysics, cosmology, and gravitational wave physics. The school is expected to lead to contacts with internationally recognised experts, who may be interested in undertaking research collaborations with GRSch 2023 participants and welcoming them into their research groups.

The main organiser of GRSch 2023 is the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw, supported by the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science at Jagiellonian University.

The School on General Relativity, Astrophysics and Cosmology is a project under the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme, Action IV.4.2 “International Summer Schools for PhD students and young research employees”.
