POB IV for parents – Nowe Idee, 2nd edition

The aim of the „POB IV for parents – New Ideas” competition is to support research projects thematically related to Priority Research Area IV by facilitating the return to scientific activity of persons who are comming back to work after parental leave and other leaves related to the birth, upbringing, or adoption of a child.

New Ideas 3A (Nowe Idee 3B)

The competitions are organised by Priority Research Areas (POB) and their aim is to support research projects connected thematically with Priority Research Areas. An application may be submitted by an employee of the University of Warsaw, possessing at least a doctoral degree, from which at least 7 years have elapsed, before the date of announcement of the competition, included in the number N, planning to implement research projects that are in line with the subject matter of a given POB in the IDUB Programme.

New Ideas 3A (Nowe Idee 3A)

The competitions are organised by Priority Research Areas (POB) and their aim is to support research projects connected thematically with Priority Research Areas. An application may be submitted by an employee of the University of Warsaw, possessing at least a doctoral degree, from which no more than 7 years have elapsed, before the date of announcement of the competition, included in the number N, planning to implement research projects that are in line with the subject matter of a given POB in the IDUB Programme.

POB IV for parents – Nowe Idee

The aim of the „POB IV for parents – New Ideas” competition is to support research projects thematically related to Priority Research Area IV by facilitating the return to scientific activity of persons who are comming back to work after parental leave and other leaves related to the birth, upbringing, or adoption of a child.

New Ideas – Ukraine

The aim of the “New Ideas – Ukraine” competition is to strengthen the cooperation of researchers from the University of Warsaw (UW) with the Ukrainian scientific community through the implementation of joint scientific projects that will contribute to the achievement of scientific excellence, as well as to increase the international visibility of research carried out at the university.

New Ideas 2B (Nowe Idee 2B)

The competitions are organised by Priority Research Areas (POB) and their aim is to support research projects connected thematically with Priority Research Areas. An application may be submitted by an employee of the University of Warsaw, possessing at least a doctoral degree, from which at least 7 years have elapsed, before the date of announcement of the competition, included in the number N, planning to implement research projects that are in line with the subject matter of a given POB in the IDUB Programme. The duration of the projects is not longer than 30 September 2023.

New Ideas 2A (Nowe Idee 2A)

The competitions are organised by Priority Research Areas (POB) and their aim is to support research projects connected thematically with Priority Research Areas. An application may be submitted by an employee of the University of Warsaw, possessing at least a doctoral degree, from which no more than 7 years have elapsed, before the date of announcement of the competition, included in the number N, planning to implement research projects that are in line with the subject matter of a given POB in the IDUB Programme. The duration of the projects is not longer than 30 June 2023.

New Ideas 1 (Nowe Idee 1)

The “New Ideas” competitions are organised by Priority Research Areas (POB) and are addressed to employees of the University of Warsaw, who are part of the “N” (research) staff, and who are planning to carry out research endeavours that fall under the IDUB Programme’s Priority Research Areas. Each project should lead to the fulfilment of the objectives and indicators of the Programme.

The available funding for the first edition of the competition amounts to 3 million PLN, in all. Projects must be in line with the focus areas of the POB, and their duration must not be longer than until 28 February 2023. Projects will be subject to financial and substantive settlement.
