Another training course for employees and doctoral candidates, in cooperation with Springer Nature publishers

We would like to invite employees and doctoral candidates from UW to take part in the latest online training course, which is being carried out in cooperation with Springer Nature publishers: Academic Presentations. These workshops are being organised as part of Action IV.4.1 “A complex programme of support for UW PhD students”, V.3.1 “Development of UW Staff competences”, and V.3.5. “Program for the development and improvement of the researchers’ «soft skills»”.

As part of our cooperation with Springer Nature, we invite you to attend “Academic Presentations”, which will take place 29-30 November 2021.

Springer Nature is one of the world’s largest publishers of scientific journals (over 3,000 titles, containing over 7 million scientific papers). Among the journals published by SN, more than 1,100 may be found in the top quartile according to the Scopus database; the company publishes many of the most influential journals in the world.

The course is a workshop (in the form of webinars) and will be conducted in English for academic teachers (primarily those employed as research and teaching staff and research staff), administrative staff whose work-related tasks in their position / function / role are compatible or will be compatible in the future with the subject of training, as well as young scientists (doctoral candidates).
