The Faculty of Economics will host the 17th edition of the international conference “European Union Regional Economics Applications Laboratory (EU REAL) Workshop” on 8-9 September 2022.

The conference is organised by The European Union – Regional Economics Applications Laboratory (EU-REAL) and the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw.

The main topic of the conference is “Regional and urban economic modelling”. The invited guests will present the research projects in the field of econometrics and spatial statistics, migration and regional labour market and quantitative methods in regional sciences. The conference will be attended by the representants of the Faculty of Economic Sciences, University of Warsaw: prof. Piotr Wójcik, Xaquín Pérez-Sindín, Ph.D., prof. Katarzyna Kopczewska, Maria Kubara, M.A. and prof. Bartłomiej Rokicki.

The organisation of the meeting was supported by a grant from the “Excellence Initiative – Research University” Programme, Action II.4.1.
