Competition to fund the development and maintenance of infrastructure (including the employment of technicians and operators)

The objectives of a new competition, carried out as part of Actions I.4.1 and I.4.2., include increasing the availability of infrastructure for UW employees and external companies through repairing current apparatus, contracts for repairs and maintenance, purchasing new research apparatus, and employing technicians and operators.
Throughout January of 2023, Organisational Units at UW from among the group of beneficiaries of Actions I.4.1 and I.4.2 (with projects concerning purchasing or manufacturing research infrastructure) and New Ideas in POB I and POB II may apply for project funding in order to achieve the following:
- increasing the availability of specialised research equipment for employees and students of the University of Warsaw and external companies;
- creating a corps of qualified technicians and operators of research infrastructure at the University of Warsaw;
- purchasing new, specialised apparatus at the University of Warsaw.
The results are scheduled to be announced by 28 February 2023.
